It works slightly differently on every device. Choose what you use below.
iPhone with Safari
- Step 1
Open the site in Safari
In Safari (the blue compass), go to debromfietsbeurs.nl. Are you in Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp? Open the link in Safari first.
- Step 2
Tap the three dots, then Share
At the bottom, tap the three dots (•••) next to the address and choose Share. On an older iPhone the share button (a square with an arrow pointing up) is right at the bottom.
- Step 3
Choose Add to Home Screen
Scroll down a little in the menu and tap Add to Home Screen. Can't see it? Tap More to see all options.
- Step 4
Tap Add
Do you see the Open as Web App switch? Leave it on. Then tap Add in the top right. You can change the name if you like.
- Step 5
Done!
The De Bromfietsbeurs logo is now on your home screen. Tap it and the site opens like an app.
Using Chrome on your iPhone? That works too: tap the share button in the address bar at the top right and choose Add to Home Screen.
iPad with Safari
- Step 1
Open the site in Safari
In Safari, go to debromfietsbeurs.nl.
- Step 2
Tap the share button
The share button (a square with an arrow pointing up) is in the top right, next to the address. Can't see it? Tap the three dots (•••) and choose Share.
- Step 3
Choose Add to Home Screen
In the menu that opens, tap Add to Home Screen. If it's not there, scroll down a little.
- Step 4
Tap Add
Do you see the Open as Web App switch? Leave it on. Then tap Add.
- Step 5
Done!
De Bromfietsbeurs is now among the apps on your iPad home screen.
Android phone with Chrome
- Step 1
Open the site in Chrome
In Chrome, go to debromfietsbeurs.nl.
- Step 2
Tap the three dots in the top right
In the top right, next to the address, there are three vertical dots (⋮). Tap them.
- Step 3
Choose Add to Home screen
In the menu, tap Add to Home screen. On some phones this is called Install app: it's the same thing.
- Step 4
Tap Install
A window with the logo appears. Tap Install (or Add).
- Step 5
Done!
De Bromfietsbeurs is now on your home screen and in your list of apps.
Using Samsung Internet? Tap the menu at the bottom (three lines), then Add page to and choose Home screen.
Android tablet with Chrome
- Step 1
Open the site in Chrome
In Chrome, go to debromfietsbeurs.nl.
- Step 2
Tap the three dots in the top right
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right. Sometimes there is already a small install icon in the address bar: that works too.
- Step 3
Choose Install app
Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Step 4
Tap Install
Confirm with Install.

Done!
De Bromfietsbeurs is now on the home screen of your tablet.
Mac with Safari
- Step 1
Open the site in Safari
In Safari, go to debromfietsbeurs.nl. This works from macOS Sonoma (14). Have an older version? Then use Chrome or Edge (see the tip).

Click the share button
In the top right of Safari is the share button (a square with an arrow pointing up). Click it. You can also choose File in the menu bar at the top.
- Step 3
Choose Add to Dock
In the menu, click Add to Dock…
- Step 4
Click Add
You will see the logo and the name. Change the name if you like and click Add.
- Step 5
Done!
De Bromfietsbeurs is now in your Dock. Click it and the site opens in its own window, without an address bar.
Using Chrome or Edge on your Mac? Then follow the same steps as for Windows.
Windows with Chrome
- Step 1
Open the site in Chrome
In Chrome, go to debromfietsbeurs.nl.
- Step 2
Click the three dots in the top right
Next to the address bar in the top right there are three vertical dots (⋮). Click them. Do you see a small install icon (a screen with an arrow) in the address bar? You can also click that and go straight to step 4.
- Step 3
Choose Cast, save, and share
In the menu, go to Cast, save, and share and click Install De Bromfietsbeurs. Does it say Install page as app? That's the same thing.
- Step 4
Click Install
A small window with the logo appears. Click Install.
- Step 5
Done!
De Bromfietsbeurs opens in its own window and is in your Start menu. Right-click the icon in the taskbar and choose Pin to taskbar to keep it there.
Using Microsoft Edge? Click the three dots (···) in the top right, choose Apps and then Install this site as an app.
Good to know
Does it cost anything?+
No. It is free and you don't need an account.
Is it a real app?+
It is our website in its own window, without an address bar. You don't download anything from an App Store and you always see the latest version straight away.
Do I need to log in again?+
On an iPhone or iPad, yes: the app remembers your login separately from Safari, so you log in once more. On Android you usually stay logged in.
I can't find Add to Home Screen+
Check that you opened the site in Safari, not inside another app such as Instagram or Facebook. Scroll all the way down in the share menu or tap More.
How do I remove the app?+
Press and hold the logo on your home screen and choose Delete App (iPhone and iPad) or Uninstall (Android). Your account stays as it is.
